These terms are the handshake between you and ORAWOOD when you use this site or buy
from us. They’re written to be readable, but they are a legal agreement — please skim
them.
1. Acceptance
By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms and our
Privacy Policy and
Shipping / Returns pages.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ (or have a parent’s ok) to order. You’re responsible for the
accuracy of the information you provide.
3. Accounts
Keep your login details safe. You’re liable for activity on your account. We may
suspend accounts used fraudulently.
4. Orders, pricing & tax
- Prices are shown in the currency at checkout. Where DDP is selected, import duties/VAT are included; otherwise they’re collected locally.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and will tell you first.
- An order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe, PayPal, or Airwallex. We never see or store full
card numbers.
6. Shipping & risk
Risk passes to you on delivery (or on handover to the carrier for DDU/untracked
methods). Delays from customs, carriers, or force majeure are outside our control.
7. Intellectual property
All brand, text, images, and designs on this site belong to ORAWOOD or its licensors.
You may view and order; you may not resell our content.
8. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site (scrape, hack, infringe, or use it unlawfully). We may block
abuse.
9. Product & wellness disclaimer
This is important. ORAWOOD’s teas are food and our
incense are aromatic / ritual items — they are not medicines,
and nothing on this site is medical advice.
- We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Any traditional-use or “supports wellbeing” wording is cultural/culinary context,
not a health claim, and is not evaluated by the FDA or authorised by EFSA. - If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a condition, ask your
doctor before using herbal teas or botanicals. - Our wellness consultations are guidance, not a local medical diagnosis.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum allowed by law, ORAWOOD is not liable for indirect or consequential
losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing
here excludes liability that law won’t allow us to exclude (including your statutory
consumer rights).
11. Your statutory rights
If you are an EU/EEA/UK consumer, these terms do not override the consumer protections
that apply in your country. Those always win.
